Job Description:
- Conduct client-focused business development/networking activities to achieve individual revenue targets, in addition to all key performance indicators
- Continually build an encouraging pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPIs are met
- Proactively forge relationships with potential Client organizations, to gain a deeper understanding of potential business needs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in-line with Novus’s services & deliverables
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach, generate new business opportunities from within and beyond the core industry on your assigned territory
- Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments
- Able to run various email/calling campaigns
- Travel within or outside the country for an in-person meeting
- Represent Novus in various conferences
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Market Research knowledge is a must with an experience in the Sales domain (target driven)
- Ability to confidently articulate and quantify previous successes
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development / new business environment
- Able to demonstrate a tenacious, persistent, and professional attitude.
- High influencing skills, with a confident, proactive, and methodical approach
- Must be well versed with geographical/ demographic nuances of each country of their region
- Willing to travel
Qualifications and Experience
- Required Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience required in sales and consulting
- Educational Requirement: Post Graduate/ MBA
